Justin Damons – Associate
Justin obtained his LLB degree from Nelson Mandela University (NMU) in 2020 and further completed the LEAD (Legal Education and Development) programme in the same year.
He completed his articles of clerkship at the Nelson Mandela University Law Clinic in 2023, where he gained experience dealing with a diverse range of legal matters and clientele. This foundation equipped him with practical insight into client-focused legal service and dispute resolution.
Thereafter, he joined a reputable family law firm, where he practiced primarily in family law and general litigation from 2023 to 2025. During this period, he handled matters in both the Magistrates’ and High Court, gaining extensive exposure to litigation processes and developing strong legal acumen.
He later joined a respected Port Elizabeth-based law firm, where he further expanded his experience in general litigation and liquor licensing matters. In 2026, he joined Goldberg & de Villiers, continuing to build a practice grounded in professionalism, strategic thinking, and practical legal solutions.
Justin is known for his practical, patient, and reassuring approach to both clients and legal challenges, and is committed to providing clear guidance and effective representation tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
