Behind the Scenes at the Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber

Our Managing Director, Tracey Mouton, proudly serves as the Chair of the Business Enablement Task Team at the Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber.

The Task Team plays a key role in tackling immediate challenges within the enabling environment while working on long-term strategies to improve the overall ease of doing business in the Bay — with a strong focus on municipal service delivery.

Tracey shared that the team identified the need to support clusters in addressing common challenges across sectors. This support comes through:
✔ Information sharing
✔ Research
✔ Strategic guidance in problem-solving or escalation
✔ Liaising with municipal officials on behalf of the collective
