DISASTER MANAGEMENT ACT

In terms of the Disaster Management Act, the following regulations have been issued:

These regulations set out the rules which are applicable to the period of the lock down. Businesses who are to still operate as an essential service (categorised at Annexure B (page 10 ) are to ensure compliance and ensure that Form 1 – Annexure C (page 11) is properly filled in and signed by the relevant persons.
